1. Right of Withdrawal:

• Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

1. Notification:

• Customers must notify ECE of their intention to withdraw by contacting them via email at contact@supertooth.net.

1. Refund:

• If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the 14-day period, the price of the product and shipping costs will be refunded.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Product Condition:

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging for the refund to be processed.

1. Legal Warranty:

• Products are also covered by the legal warranties for hidden defects (Civil Code) and product conformity (Consumer Code), allowing for a replacement or refund if applicable.
